Naomi Tacuyan Underwood Director of Programs
Naomi is responsible for the development and execution of meaningful programs and initiatives for political leaders, Congressional Members and senior staff that facilitate personal reflection and encourage bridging the divides that arise across the political spectrum.
Naomi has passion for organizing people around a mission. Prior to joining FPI, Naomi served as the Legislative Assistant and Political advisor to Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo (Guam At-Large) where she collaborated on important environmental, territorial, civil rights and higher education issues. She worked as Deputy Campaign Manager at the Asian American Justice Center for Reuniting Families for a Stronger America. Naomi holds a BA from New York University and a MPP from UCLA.
